How to Get a License
Method 1: Telegram Bot (recommended)
Fast and automatic. Processed within a few hours.
- Install 3DCP
- Open "🔐 License" section
- Click "Request License" on a selected plan
- Select "Telegram Bot"
- Bot will open: @CP_licensing_bot
- Send command
/start - Press the needed plan (Trial / Professional)
- Your Hardware ID is sent automatically
- For paid plans, admin will contact for payment
- After approval, the key is sent automatically
- Copy the key and activate it in the app
Trial keys are issued automatically right after approval
Method 2: Email (fallback)
Manual processing. Response may take several days.
- Install 3DCP
- Open "🔐 License" section
- Click "Request License"
- Select "Email"
- Enter your contact email
- Copy the prepared request text
- Send to utolyana@ya.ru
- Wait for a reply with a license key
- Activate the key in the app

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Hardware ID and why is it needed?
Hardware ID is a unique identifier of your computer generated from CPU, network adapter and system parameters. The license is bound to this ID to prevent unauthorized distribution.
Can I use one license on multiple PCs?
PROFESSIONAL: You can transfer to a new PC up to 2 times per year (e.g., when upgrading hardware).
What happens after Trial ends?
The app automatically switches to the FREE plan. You can continue working with up to 10 printers with all features. If you need more — purchase a paid license.
What happens after PROFESSIONAL expires?
The app will continue to work, but the number of printers will be limited to 10 (FREE plan). To renew for the next year, contact us to get a new license.
Does the app work without internet?
Yes, the app works entirely on a local network without internet. Internet is only needed for: Telegram notifications, update checks, and online license validation (every 30–90 days, with a grace period).
Refunds
We offer a 14-day free Trial to test all features. After purchasing a paid license, refunds are not provided. Please test the app with the Trial license before purchasing.
Important Information about Bambu Lab Printers
Bambu Lab printers use a closed firmware. They work via an undocumented MQTT protocol which may be changed or blocked by the manufacturer at any time.
By purchasing a license, you agree that support for Bambu Lab printers is not guaranteed and may be discontinued for reasons beyond our control (firmware updates, protocol blocking by the manufacturer). More details: Bambu Lab - Troubleshooting
